This course quickly amassed $1.5 million, establishing Horwitz as a notable figure in digital marketing. Frances Horwitz graduated from the University of California Santa Cruz with two bachelor’s degrees—one in English with a focus on Creative Writing and the other in Film with a specialization in Media Production. She did exceptionally well in her studies, earning high honors.
While studying, Frances also worked as a social media manager for a news organization in the Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay areas. In this role, she created engaging copy for social media.
Frances expanded on her literary skills in the world of radio and public media, where she wrote compelling news stories and produced a variety of audiovisual content. She also worked as an Editor-In-Chief for Chinquapin Literary Magazine, overseeing the publication of printed works for the university's student body for four years. Additionally, she took on the role of News Director for the student radio station, conducting interviews and creating intriguing news pieces in both audio and print formats.
Beyond her academic and editorial work, Frances has a keen eye for social media trends and values innovative thinking. She believes that powerful writing has the potential to change lives. Her ability to blend academic excellence with practical experience positions Frances as an invaluable creative and professional resource.
